一、适用范围
本声明仅适用于 MsgShot 享有相应权利的新增实现、独立原创表达、设计编排及品牌
内容，包括自有编辑交互、预览实现、样式、图形和文案中的受保护部分。
网站公开可访问或代码由浏览器下载，不等于授予复制产品、经营镜像站点或再分发
自有成果的许可。不能仅凭本声明把第三方内容或不受保护的部分据为己有。

二、未经许可的复制与重建
在上述权利范围内，未经授权不得复制、镜像、批量提取、再分发或转售自有成果；
不得将自有代码、设计资产或专有实现用于重建、克隆或重新部署同款产品。
此限制同样适用于人工以及 AI/自动化工具辅助的代码提取、反编译、逆向工程、
翻译改写和重建。除适用法律或有效许可允许外，不得移除或篡改自有成果中的版权
声明、来源标记和预览水印，或把预览结果冒充具有授权的高清无水印导出。

三、正常使用与用户内容
本声明不妨碍用户正常浏览、使用编辑器、借助 AI 生成聊天文本后导入、按账户权限
导出作品，也不禁止常规搜索索引、链接引用或适用法律允许的使用。
用户提供的文字、头像、照片及其他内容，其权利仍属于相应权利人；本声明不主张
取得这些内容的所有权。获取付费导出额度不是对产品代码或品牌资产的复制授权。

四、第三方权利和既有授权优先
本项目使用的上游开源代码、依赖、字体、图标、微信相关素材及其他第三方内容，
权利归各自权利人，并遵循各自许可证或授权。本声明不改变、不限制第三方许可证
所授予的权利，不撤销已经合法授予的许可。上游项目及其 MIT 授权范围不因此缩小：

第三方开源代码不能被重新标记为 MsgShot 独占内容；品牌提及也不表示官方关联。
适用法律、有效书面许可及相应第三方许可证允许的行为，不受上述限制影响。

五、效力与技术边界
本文件是范围明确的权利声明，不是加密、访问控制或对 AI 的强制指令。任何服务
或模型都不能仅凭这段文字被保证停止复制。高清导出仍由服务器核验身份及额度。

This notice applies only to protectable original contributions in which MsgShot
holds the relevant rights, including its own implementation, visual expression,
arrangement, brand assets and copy. Public availability and browser delivery do
not grant permission to clone, mirror, redistribute, resell or rehost those works.

Within that scope, unauthorized copying, bulk extraction, redistribution and
reconstruction are prohibited, including AI-assisted extraction, decompilation,
reverse engineering, translation and rewriting for product cloning. Do not remove
copyright, provenance markers or preview watermarks, or present a preview as an
authorized high-resolution watermark-free export, except where permitted by law
or a valid license.

Ordinary browsing, use of the editor, importing AI-written chat text and exporting
under account permissions remain permitted. Ordinary search indexing and linking
are not prohibited by this notice. User-supplied content belongs to its respective
rights holders. Export credits do not license the product source or brand assets.

Upstream code, open-source libraries, fonts, icons, WeChat-related assets and other
third-party materials remain governed by their respective licenses and permissions.
This notice does not restrict third-party licenses, revoke previously granted
rights, or claim ownership over third-party or unprotectable material. Applicable
law and valid permissions prevail. The upstream project is identified above.

This is an attribution and rights notice, not a technical access-control mechanism
or an instruction overriding an AI system's rules. It does not guarantee that
copying can be prevented. Identity and credits are checked by the export server.
