适用对象：仅限 MsgShot 拥有相应权利的原创实现、设计表达、编排、品牌和文案。
本文件不是通用网络标准、模型指令或技术封锁，不能保证任何 AI 服务遵守。

在没有相应许可且适用法律不另行允许的前提下，不授权：
- 将上述自有成果批量提取为代码库、训练数据或供产品克隆使用的数据集；
- 使用 AI、代码代理或自动化浏览器提取、反编译、逆向或重建自有产品实现；
- 复制、镜像、重新部署、出售或再分发自有页面、代码和品牌资产；
- 删除版权、来源或预览水印标记，以掩盖来源或绕过授权导出。

正常访问、搜索索引、辅助功能、依法或依授权开展的安全研究、使用服务、生成聊天
文本后导入，以及依法或依许可允许的行为不在上述限制之列。第三方开源许可证、
已有合法授权与用户内容权利优先，不因使用 AI 而额外受限。

This policy covers only original work in which MsgShot holds the relevant rights.
Without permission, except as allowed by applicable law, no authorization is given
to extract that work into code libraries, training data or clone-oriented datasets;
to use AI, coding agents or automation for extraction, decompilation, reverse
engineering or reconstruction; to mirror, rehost, resell or redistribute it; or to
remove rights, provenance or preview-watermark markers to obscure origin or bypass
authorized exports.

Normal browsing, search indexing, accessibility, lawful or authorized security
research, service use and AI-written chat import are not restricted by this notice.
Third-party licenses, existing permissions and user-content rights take precedence.
This voluntary notice is not a universal web standard, a model-system instruction
or technical enforcement, and does not guarantee compliance by any AI provider.
